The large and sunny roof terrace where you can have breakfast and dinner or just relax after a busy day is a great advantage of this vacation rental.
The apartment is strategically located in the authentic Gracia district and is only a 5 minutes walk away from the architectural Passeig de Gracia, which is also the shopping Mecca of Barcelona. Tapas Bars, small restaurants serving Catalan and international specialties, and colorful night clubs are within walking distance of the apartment and form part of this charming neighbourhood. Well connected by the green or blue Metro lines at Diagonal, a short walk from the apartment, to explore the rest of the Catalonian sunshine capital!
SUPPLEMENTS:
For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome, the electricity and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay.
Groups whose members are all under 28 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 300 which will be returned upon departure.
