Appartement spacieux et confortable. Décoration et équipement très satisfaisant. Rue très passante et mauvaise isolation phonique des ouvertures nuisent un peu au reste de la prestation. Appartement idéalement placé pour les visites de Barcelone (à pied en métro ou en vélo). P&arking voiture en bas de l'immeuble très cher, préféré celui de la gare routière moins onnéreux.

Very nice appartment, central location, very well equipped. Ideal for families. Highly recomended. Few minutes walk from the Aerobus station Gracia for people who get there from the airport.

Super Wohngegend, Wohnugen sind schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ideal für kleinere Gruppen von 5-6 Personen, so dass man auch gemeinsame Abende verbringen kann ohne das Haus verlassen zu müssen. Mit ungeziefer darf man allerdings nicht zu empfindlich sein, kleinere Wanzen gab es schon in den Schlafräumen. Schön wär auch gewesen, wenn einmal die Woche eine Reinigungskraft die Wohnungen sauber machen würde. So hätte man noch mehr Urlaubskomfort.

Gute Lage direkt im Zentrum. Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, könnte jedoch, vor allem bei nicht voller Belegung, etwas günstiger sein, aber der Preis war ja vorher bekannt, also kein Grund zur Kritik, sondern eher als Anregung zu verstehen.

The apartment I stayed at was superb in all aspects. We were greeted by the caretaker "Ester" who was warm and friendly and finished up the "Busniess Part" in a matter of minutes, she even negotiated a great price for parking our car in a nearby parking center. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. Location of apartment was superb, although we had a car we did not need it for most of the stay in Barcelona as everything we needed was withing walking distance or a short metro stop away. Very nice apartment within easy walk of all amenities. Our contact, Ester, was lovely and extremely helpful. She did more for us than we expected. To make this apartment perfect, we would suggest Sky TV.
