Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Allerdings ist festzuhalten, dass das untere Stockwerk etwas kühl wird, sobald die Temperaturen sinken. Zusatzdecken sind nur für ein Bett vorhanden. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, hat eine Reihe von guten Restaurants in der Umgebung. Einige Einrichtungen funktionieren im Moment noch nicht richtig, so z. B. das Elektrisch: der Aufzug blieb immer wieder stecken oder das Treppenhaus hatte kein Licht. In der Wohnung hatte ich plötzlich den Wasserhahn im Bad in der Hand. Die Betreuung war nett, wobei ich die Kaution von 500 Euro etwas übersetzt fand.

The appartment was very nice, and the seven of us really enjoyed our one week stay mid july. The huge terasse was very nice, but it needs to be furnished with sun-beds and a proper table. The area is a bit borring but taxi is cheap in Barcelona, and the 10 min walk to subway is ok.

This is a lovely apartment, and once it is fully furnished it will be a delight! It has a beautiful contemporary feel, with a large porch, which is plumbed for an outdoor kitchen and a shower. The three bedrooms and two bathes downstairs are lovely, with built in closets.. The location is fine, but not fantastic. There are stores nearby, though the nearby restaurant selection wasn't extensive. There is a bus that runs along the nearest mainstreet. The nearest metro is about 10 minutes away, and the metro will take you where ever you want to go. We will rent this unit again, when we come to Barcelona, and hopefully by then it will be finished!
