It consists of two 3-storey twin buildings built in 1984 and partially renovated in 2004. On the terrace of one of the buildings have a swimming pool (35m2), sun loungers and a nice view to the Bellver Castle and a snack bar with a wide variety of food. There is also some garage spaces for a fee.
The apartments are situated in a street parallel to the maritim promenade of Palma, close to the area with more nightlife and the historic city center. Guest can reach the center as a pleasant walk of about 15 or 20 min. One of the beaches near Palma, Cala Mayor and Illetas is 15 or 20 min.

Zimmer

There are 8 single and 46 double studios with different distributions and sizes, some with terrace and Bellver Castle. They are equipped with heating, telephone, refrigerator, TV, kitchen with 2 hotplates and appropriate utensils.
