It occupies the former headquarters of the republican youth movement Joventut Radical Republicana at the beginning of the 20th century, a neo industrial arcgitecture bulding, making it Barcelona's first historic building, full of loft-style rooms which have been reconverted into a hotel. This aparthotel comprises ground floor and two upper floors and has spacious and bright designer lofts for up to four people, which truly stand out for their combination of brick walls and large windows of steel, cement and glass. Ideal for long stays for business or pleasure.
The aparthotel is located in 22@ Barcelona, the city's new innovation district, where the latest technology and contemporary design meet.

Zimmer

Single-space loft-type studio, with large windows that fill the room with natural light. The space comprises a sleeping and sitting-dining area, fully fitted independent kitchen and full bathroom with bath or shower. Sleeps four, in twin beds (double bed in one studio) and a double sofa bed. The decor of the lofts is very \"New York\". The combination of materials such as steel and glass with brick walls particularly stands out.
