In the outdoor is offered a rectangular swimming pool, with a minimum depth of 1.10 meters and a maximum of 1.9 meters, also the pool has a jacuzzi. The edge of the pool offers outdoor shower, sun loungers and umbrellas, plus a barbecue. All this combined with large and pleasant garden with lawn areas, shrubs, flowers and native plants.
This villa is located in the resort of Son Bou. The area has a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supemercados, bowling, disco and children's entertainment.

The first floor of the villa has two bedrooms, one with double bed and other double room, in the same floor there is a bathroom. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with bathroom in suite and the other with separate bathroom.
