This modern and minimalist villa, built in late 2009, has its own pools, exterior and interior (can be heated), each with their own jacuzzi. The outdoor area is fully equipped to enjoy life outdoors, including a barbecue.
This villa is located in the area of Son Bou, situated a few meters from the St. James Club. The area includes a large variety of bars, restaurants, shops, supemercados, bowling, disco and children's entertainment.

Zimmer

The main floor of this villa has two bedrooms with two beds, and their respective wardrobe, plus a bathroom. On the first floor are two large suites with their own bathrooms with Jacuzzi, shower tray and a spacious terrace with sea views. The ground floor has a double room and their respective locker, plus a bathroom.
