This family apartment is perfect for friends or families visiting Barcelona and wishing to stay in a comfortable apartment in the plain center of the city in Barrio Gotico. The location is an ideal base to come back to and relax after a day of Barcelona shopping, sightseeing or working.
This comfortable apartment has three bedrooms, which are distributed over 65 square meters. With five single beds a group of up to five people may rent this apartment. The highlight of this apartment is the balcony which overlooks the famous Ramblas. This vacation rental further has air conditioning, central heating, TV, stereo, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome, the electricity and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay. Groups whose members are all under 28 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 300€ which will be returned upon departure.
