This wonderful family apartment is located in the heart of the Born District, one of the most facinating areas of Barcelona, filled with many trendy shops, cozy cafes and excellent restaurants. Some impressive sights, like the 14th century gothic Santa Maria del Mar church and many medieval residences can be visited just around the corner of the apartment. The large apartment has a surface of 75 square meters and is ready to accommodate upto 4 people with absolute comfortablity. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Of the two bathrooms the larger one has a bathtub. The kitchen opens to a spacious living room with a balcony from which you can enjoy the view over the charming square in which the apartment is situated. The apartment is situated in one of the few newly constructed buildings in the old city. It was finished in july 2003 and it's complete with elevator.


The apartment itself is completely furnished and delicately decorated to assure a pleasent stay in the city.  It has central heating and air conditioning.  Moreover the apartment is completely equiped with all the most common appliances and utensils like washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, electric tea kettle, iron, ironing board, television, hair dryer, etc. It also has Internet (ADSL).
