This centric apartment includes 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds plus a further double sofa bed in the spacious living room. The cheerful apartment can easily accommodate a group of friends or a family of up to 6 people. The 10 m² marble bathroom has a large bath tub, inviting to relax after a stressful day. To make your stay as homely as possible, the apartment has the following amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, TV, stereo, washing machine and ironing facilities as well as air conditioning for hot summer days and heaters for the colder winter months. The highlight of this typical Barcelona home are the 2 balconies overlooking the famous Las Ramblas, as you can see in the pictures provided.

Strategically located in the charming Barrio Gotico the apartment is surrounded by many places of interest. Moreover, it is well-connected by public transportation. Right around the corner of the apartment is the Metro station “Liceu”, on the Green Line, which takes you to Montjuic and Fira Barcelona as well as to Gaudi’s famous Parc Güell within 15 minutes. Strolling down the Ramblas you can go shopping even on Sundays at the Mare Magnum, visit the Borne district and its vibrant nightlife or enjoy local specialties at the La Boqueria market close to the Liceu theater. This apartment is the ideal choice for your Barcelona vacation – centrally located, well-connected and fully equipped!

Note: There is a shop for adults in the next door of the building, the area is metropolitan and plenty of nightlife thus it is very recommendable for groups, young people, couples or families of adults, but not for families with children.

SUPPLEMENTS:
For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome, the electricity and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay.
Groups whose members are all under 28 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 300€, which will be returned upon departure.

Located in the Ramblas very closed to the Old Port , just beside The Santa Monica Art Museum and the famous Cristopher Columbus Monument. Very convenient location for visit the city walking. The Ramblas is a very lively area day and night.
It is the Medieval centre of the city and a true labyrinth. Walk around the little streets around the Cathedral. Discover the most old antique dealers, or the feathers and umbrellas’ merchants in the street Banys. It is here, where took place the most determining historical events of Barcelona. This is the oldest part of the city so it is not the best upkept. The area contains small narrow streets and most buildings are more than 100 years old.
There are tourist shops and restaurants all around with menus in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Catalan. It is known as one of the poor districts in Barcelona but one of the most charming.
Every street has a hidden bar or café to shelter you from the heat and sun. Most tours spend 6 hours just trying to explain a brief history of the Barrio Gotico.
