This family apartment is perfect for friends or families visiting Barcelona looking for an apartment in the city center that is sun-drenched, comfortable and fully equipped. This holiday rental is located in a newly renovated building in the ancient Barrio Gotico.
With two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two single beds and a further double sofa bed in the spacious living room, this cheerful rental can easily accommodate a group of friends or a family of up to six people. The beautiful 10 square meter marble bathroom has a large bath tub, inviting to relax after a stressful day. To make your stay as homely as possible, the apartment has the following amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, TV, stereo, washing machine and ironing facilities as well as air conditioning for hot summer days and heaters for the colder winter months. The highlight of this typical Barcelona home are the two balconies overlooking the famous Ramblas, as you can see in the pictures provided.
For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome, the electricity and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay. Groups whose members are all under 28 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 300€ which will be returned upon departure.
