wir waren von 19.07.2008 bis 06.08.2008. Die wohnung ist eigentlich sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sauber,was allerdings uns gefehlt hat war ein ofen, eine vernümpftige Waschmaschine und ein Farsthul,denn es fiel uns mit dem einkauf wirklich sehr schwer die 4 Etagentreppen hochzulaufen.In der wohnung hatten wir paar mal besuch mit würmern und ameisen,und was uns immer genervt hat,das immer irgendwelche leute an unserer Tür geklingelt haben.Bussverbindungen sind ganz gelegen,man erreicht den strand innerhalb 30 minuten.Die Bettwäsche musste ich alle drei tage waschen und neu beziehen da die putzfrau erst 2tage vor unserer abreise neue Bettwäsche brachte was allerdings nicht mehr nötig war. sonst war alles ganz ok der Vermieter war pünktlich und ganz freundlich und zuverlässig.Die Wohnung ist trotzdem empfehlenswert.

This apartment suited our needs as a family with two small children. It was about 6 blocks from Las Ramblas and Market with metro stop on Las Ramblas. The apartment was clean, had plenty of space, and was on an old established side street with wrought iron look out. It was nothing extravagant, but we felt cozy inside. Gustavo, our contact person was punctual and had a super personality! Although it is described as the 3rd floor, it is actually about 5 floors up a narrow stairwell. We could take it, but the description is a little misleading... not something I would want to do if my kids were still at an age when I was carrying them a lot. The furniture was well-worn, not really designer, but we don't much care about designer and it added to the lived-in, cozy feel of the place. Having a washing machine was a bonus! Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
