The apartment I stayed at was superb in all aspects. We were greeted by the caretaker "Ester" who was warm and friendly and finished up the "Busniess Part" in a matter of minutes, she even negotiated a great price for parking our car in a nearby parking center. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. Location of apartment was superb, although we had a car we did not need it for most of the stay in Barcelona as everything we needed was withing walking distance or a short metro stop away. Gute Lage direkt im Zentrum. Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, könnte jedoch, vor allem bei nicht voller Belegung, etwas günstiger sein, aber der Preis war ja vorher bekannt, also kein Grund zur Kritik, sondern eher als Anregung zu verstehen.

Very nice apartment within easy walk of all amenities. Our contact, Ester, was lovely and extremely helpful. She did more for us than we expected. To make this apartment perfect, we would suggest Sky TV.
