This luxury apartment is perfect for groups looking for several comfortable and independent apartments located in one building. The quiet, but very central location is an ideal base to come back to and relax in after a day of shopping or sightseeing. These comfortable apartments all have air conditioning, central heating, TV, Hi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Towels and bed linen are included in the price as well as Internet connection. This sunny apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others with 3 single beds in total, accommodating up to 5 people then. There is one bathroom and a living room. A weekly cleaning service is also included.

It is an elegant boulevard housing not only traditional landmarks of Barcelona, such as the unmistakable work of Antoni Gaudi, but also modern day, designer shops, boutiques and some of the city's most famous restaurants and bars. After a few minutes walking, you can reach the Plaza Catalunya, Barcelona's main square, from where to explore Las Ramblas, the Port, the Gothic Quarters and the Cathedral, etc. It is also well connected by Metro. PASEO DE GRACIA Is considered the Champs Elysees of Barcelona.

These apartments are located in the area of Eixample, which is Catalan for Extension. This area was created in the late 19th century and many of the buildings still date from that era. Most of the buildings were designed by renown architects from the modernism or Art Nouveau era, Gaudì is probably the best known of these artists. This apartment is located in a quiet and safe area but at the same time only a few minutes walking from many major Barcelona sights and important central locations, like for example the impressive boulevard Paseo de Gracia with its many great shops, excellent restaurants and of course some of the emblematic buildings from the modernist architects. Plaza Catalunya is less than ten minutes walking from the apartments and on the other side of this central square you walk right into the Ramblas and Barcelona’s charming Gothic quarter. The Passeig de Gracia station is just five minutes walking from the apartment and offers excellent communications as well within as outside Barcelona by metro and train.
