"Can Simon" is a small and charming single standing house, ideal for a party of 4people (5 people as an exception). The quiet location nearby the large Collserola park makes this apartment the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday with the option of visiting the exciting city center within only 15 minutes by metro.

The house has just been totally refurnished. There's a cosy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two double bed bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. It is set amidst a large garden with terraces. It is located in an old second-home summer residential area, in the Natural Park of Collserola, just 900 meters from the train station "Baixador de Vallvidrera" (see blue point in Barcelona map). Exactly what a family visiting Barcelona would like, a retreat from busy urban visits to a restful atmosphere.

Collserola park is an oasis of nature just outside the city of Barcelona. From the city center it takes a mere 15 to 20 minutes to reach the park. Discover this beautiful wooded area hiking, by bike or on the back of a horse while listening to the gentle murmur of small brooks and the singing of birds. The park's surface almost reaches 8000 hectares. Besides many interesting plant and animal species you can also find some historical remains, like medieval farmhouses and chapels.

You can reach the park and the apartment by taking the urban underground train ("ferrocarrils") from Plaza Catalunya. Take line S1 or S2 and get off at Baixador de Vallvidrera for the apartment or at Les Planes (one further) for the park.

No admittance for groups younger than 30 years of age.

**CHECK IN: The check-in time is between 13.00 pm and 23.00. If there are no other customers leaving the day of your arrival, you may do the check in before (please, do consult us). From 23.00 up to 02.00, there will be a supplement of 50€ for the check in. Please call us one hour prior to your arrival to confirm the appointment.
