The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with double bed ( 1.60 m x 2.00) and another bed room with two single beds (.8m n 2.00 m). Towels, bed-sheets and blankets are included in the price. There is also a washing-machine, an iron, TV, hot and cold air-conditioning. From the large terrace which belongs exclusively to this apartment you have a wonderful view. The area is well connected by public transport. Minimum rental is 3 nights. Final cleaning is included but a deposit of 150€ is necessary. For rental periods longer than 30 days there is an extra fee for utilities (water and electricity) of 100 €.
