Cooking utensils a bit sparse and only one wine glass but ideally situated and comfortable, great value for money, and had a lift!

This apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Great feather duvets and there are even towels provided. It does look a little bigger in the photographs though. The street is very noisy, but so is Barcelona in general.

The apartment is virtually brand new and well furnished. It is clean and well appointed and most certainly value for money. However being directly over the street meant that it was sometimes noisy, especially with the loud street cleaning each night between 12.30 and 1.30 am. Due to downtown of the area,it is suitable for people who are accostomed to downtown city life. However it's positioning within walking distance of many of the attractions of Barcelona is a definite advantage.

Perfect appartement in een leuke buurt en ideaal gelegen. Eén ding: naast het pand waren bouwwerkzaamheden gaande, wat overdag (tussen o9.00 en 17.00 uur) zorgde voor veel geluidsoverlast van kango's driborene en heien. Wij waren daarvan graag van te voren ingelicht en hadden dan nog eventueel voor een andere accomodatie kunnen kiezen. Nogmaals: het appartement zelf en de buurt waren uitstekend.
