This large and sunny group apartment in the plain center of Barcelona is located right off Las Ramblas and is a great choice for groups of friends traveling to Barcelona to discover and enjoy the city at its fullest.
This quality rental can lodge up to twelve people on 160 square meters, which are distributed as follows: four bedrooms with a total of twelve single beds and two separate bathrooms. The large and fully equipped kitchen is most suitable for cooking dinner together and sitting down at the table in the dining room enjoying each others company. Further amenities of this apartment include satellite TV, stereo, central heating and air-conditioning, its own washing machine and fresh towels and linen are also provided upon arrival. In case you are traveling with your pets, they are also welcome in this holiday rental. Also, the windows of this apartment are big and allow for a lot of natural light and the small Barcelona style balcony allows you to overlook the city life from your temporary home.
For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome, the electricity and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay. Groups whose members are all under 28 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 500€ which will be returned upon departure.
If you not only want to observe the city life, but participate in it, you just have to step out the door and you find yourself in the heart of the city, around the corner from the famous Las Ramblas, the fresh city market La Boqueria and in the middle of the charming Barrio Gotico. You may also walk down to the harbor along the coast to the beach, which will take you about ten minutes. Should you want to go to the Camp Nou for a FC Barcelona game, or to Montjuic or the Parc Güell, you can hop on the green line at the Drassanes station, which is within short walking distance at the bottom of Las Ramblas.
