This quality apartment can easily accommodate up to 12 people on its 160m². There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 12 single beds and 2 separated bathrooms. The large and fully equipped kitchen is most suitable for cooking dinner together and sitting down at the table in the dining room. Further amenities of this apartment include satellite TV, stereo, central heating and air-conditioning, its own washing machine, fresh towels and bed linen are also provided upon arrival. The windows are large and allow plenty of natural light. The small Barcelona style balcony allows you to overlook the city life from his temporary home. Pets are allowed.

This spacious and sun-drenched group apartment in Barcelona downtown is located right next to Las Ramblas. It is just a perfect choice for a large family or group of friends traveling to Barcelona willing to explore and enjoy the city, as it is in the very heart of the charming Barrio Gótico. You may also walk down to the harbor along the coast to the beach, which will take you about 10 minutes. Well connected by the green line at the Drassanes station.

SUPPLEMENTS:
For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome, the electricity and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay. Groups whose members are all under 28 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 500€ which will be returned upon departure.

Een goed appartement! Zeer centraal gelegen in hartje Barcelona, we hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad! Enig minpuntje is dat het s'nachts gehorig kan zijn buiten.

Non ci sono osservazioni particolari sull'appartamento tutto sommato dignitoso, piccoli problemi sono stati prontamente risolti con gli incaricati dell'agenzia, il vero problema è il quartiere che purtroppo, pur essendo oggetto di riqualificazione urbanistica è piuttosto degradato umanamente (tossicodipendenza, prostituzione, piccola delinquenza) e la quiete notturna non viene minimamente garantita (dalle 11 della sera alle 6 del mattino era un continuo urlare!).
