Modern Barcelona apartment in the Gothic Quarters, city center

This luminous holiday rental can easily accommodate up to 4 people as it has one bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The spacious bathroom with shower was recently refurbished. This 50m² apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, a juicer and a coffee maker as well as dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils. Further amenities allowing a comfortable stay in this Barcelona home are TV, DVD, stereo, and a washing machine. Besides its great location, it has a balcony overlooking the center of Barcelona.

Step out the door and you will find yourself in the middle of the winding streets full of life, fascinating architecture and typical cafés. This apartment in Barcelona is located right next to Las Ramblas. Around the corner you will find yourself in the fresh city market La Boqueria and in the middle of the charming Barrio Gótico. You may also walk down to the harbour along the coast to the beach, which will take you about 15 minutes. Should you want to go to the Camp Nou for a FC Barcelona game, or to Montjuic or the Parc Güell, you can take the green line Metro at “Liceu” station, which is within short walking distance on Las Ramblas.

SUPPLEMENTS:
*For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome, the electricity, gas and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay.
Groups whose members are all under 28 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 300€ which will be returned upon departure.

Ottima posizione: a 50 metri dalla metro LICEU. L'appartamento è MOLTO BUIO, tanto che in cucina era necessario accendere la luce anche di giorno. IL divano letto matrimoniale, nel soggiorno, era un pò molle ma tutto sommato abbiamo dormito bene. Il ventilatore installato sul soffitto non è funzionante e ne hanno messo un altro a terra , comodo. La zona dell'alloggio (CARDENAL Casanyas) è estremamente rumorosa di notte, per cui dormendo con la porta finestra aperta era scontato svegliarsi spesso durante la notte per i rumori davvero fortissimi che provenivano dalla strada. In ogni caso siamo stati bene per 6 notti. In realtà per visitare la città basterebbero 4 notti. Giudizio POSITIVO nel complesso.

Das Appartement war für uns genial. Ganz zentral, 2 Minuten zur U-Bahn und doch etwas von den Ramblas weg. Absolut funktionell und ansprechend eingerichtet, gute Betten, ein kleiner Balkon für 2 Stühle und ein Gläschen Wein, in der Küche alles, um die Köstlichkeiten der Boqueria in ein leckeres Mahl zu verwandeln, das Bad neu und geschickt hergerichtet und wenn es auf der Straße mal lauter war - Balkontüre zu und die Schallschutzfenster haben den Lärm draußen gelassen. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und absolut zuverlässig. 2 Münchner Barcelona-Fans

we liked the apartment very much though when i was climbing the staircase i was wondering if i had done the right thing by cancelling my booking at Catalunia portal de Angels hotel. because the staircase was a bit wornout but you cannot help that as you have other people living in the building.

Perfecte ligging, praktisch naast Metrostation Liceu op de Ramblas. Sleuteloverdracht prima geregeld. Schoonmaakkosten inbegrepen. We hoefden geen borg te betalen en konden appartement gewoon verlaten met achterlaten van de sleutels op de tafel. Appartement niet brandschoon naar onze maatstaven, maar ligging maakt alles goed. Eén puntje dan: in beschrijving staat dat er een ligbad is, dat is niet het geval; wel een heerlijke douche.

Zentraler ging es kaum, die Absprachen mit der kontaktperson verliefen reibungslos und das Ferienapp. war praktisch und bequem eingerichtet. wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Für Urlauber mit längerem Aufenthalt könnte die Küchenausstattung noch ergänzt werden.

Bell'appartamento, confortevole, con un'ampia cucina e molto silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza alle Ramblas. La posizione è davvero ottima, in pieno centro di Barcellona, a due passi dalla fermata del metro e dal mercato della Boqueria. Il solo difetto è che è forse poco luminoso, ma per soggiorni brevi è perfetto.

Fabulous Fabulous apartment - more than I expected, large well equipped kitchen, really lovely modern bathroom (small size did not bother me at all as shower made up for it, yeeyy a removable one- ALWAYS the best!) And a nice little cupboard below the basin to store all my lotions n potions! Location - UNBEATBALE, right by the metro and the amazing Bocheria Food Market just a few hundred yards away. Fabulous dining table which extended and could very easily seat 4 persons. Bed very comfertable too. All in all, and being a very fussy person, I would rate this accomodation as 10/10

Klimaanlage würde Wohnung sehr aufwerten, da es bei offener Balkontür nachts sehr laut ist. Trotz offener Tür bleibt es in der Wohnung sehr heiß; der vorhandene Ventilator bringt hier leider auch nicht viel. Matratzen sollten ausgetauscht werden!

Appartement propre et confortable, idéalement situé pour...tout! Il a fallu un peu insister pour pouvoir l'occuper dès midi auprès du "contact" français mais l'accueil sur place était O.K. Il est dommage que rien ne soit prévu pour laisser des bagages après ce même horaire le jour du départ.

Die Ferienwohnung war total zentral, wir konnten gut alles zu Fuss besichtigen. Nachts war die Strasse ruhig. Das Bad ist neu, aber ganz klein. Die Kuecheneinrichtung ist sehr karg, dafuer gibt es viel zu viele Schraenke. Die Kontaktperson war freundlich und puenktlich.Wir konnten nur zu dritt kommen, bezahlten aber fuer 4 plus 20Euro fuers spaetere aus-checken.

Prima, mooi centraal gelegen locatie om Barcelona te verkennen. Wij waren er met twee kleine kinderen en het is ons goed bevallen. Het omgevingsgeluid viel binnen erg mee - zelfs de dagen rond een UEFA cup wedstrijd - want het appartement is goed geïsoleerd. Van de in verhouding erg ruime keuken hebben we (natuurlijk) bijna geen gebruik gemaakt.

Ich war insgesamt knapp 3 Monate während eines Praktikums in der Wohnung und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Außer Telefon und Internet war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Wohnung war sauber und sie ist wirklich optimal gelegen. Sehr zentral und falls doch nötig, ist auch die nächste U-Bahn-Station direkt um die Ecke. Allerdings ist es nachts schon etwas lauter. Mir persönlich hat das nichts ausgemacht, für Leute, die einen ruhigen Schlaf brauchen, würde ich die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

This apartment is a good value in a great location - just a block off of the Ramblas and very close to a metro stop. I would stay here again. The only minor complaint is that it took a while to check out (the primary contact person was unavailable at check out, so we had to wait for her colleague to do the check out).

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super gelegen! Die einzige Kritik ist, dass es draussen wirklich sehr laut ist und man bei offenem Fenster nicht schlafen kann.
