This luminous holiday rental can easily accommodate up to 4 people as it has one bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The spacious bathroom with shower was recently refurbished. This 50m² apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, a juicer and a coffee maker as well as dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils. Further amenities allowing a comfortable stay in this Barcelona home are TV, DVD, stereo, and a washing machine. Besides its great location, it has a balcony overlooking the center of Barcelona.

Step out the door and you will find yourself in the middle of the winding streets full of life, fascinating architecture and typical cafés. This apartment in Barcelona is located right next to Las Ramblas. Around the corner you will find yourself in the fresh city market La Boqueria and in the middle of the charming Barrio Gótico. You may also walk down to the harbour along the coast to the beach, which will take you about 15 minutes. Should you want to go to the Camp Nou for a FC Barcelona game, or to Montjuic or the Parc Güell, you can take the green line Metro at “Liceu” station, which is within short walking distance on Las Ramblas.

*For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome, the electricity, gas and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay.
Groups whose members are all under 28 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 300€ which will be returned upon departure.
