Besides its great location, the feature even locals will envy you for in case you rent this holiday apartment, is the balcony overlooking the center of Barcelona.For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome, the electricity and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay. Groups whose members are all under 28 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 300€ which will be returned upon departure.
