Amenities provided to make your stay a comfortable one include a kitchen with stove, oven and kitchen utensils, TV, Stereo as well as heaters and air-conditioning and your own washing machine, which is practical for longer stays in Barcelona.
For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome, the electricity and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay. Groups whose members are all under 28 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 300€ which will be returned upon departure.
Located in the traditional and chic Gracia district it is only a five minute walk to the architecturally renowned Passeig de Gracia, which is also the shopping Mecca of Barcelona. Tapas Bars, small restaurants serving Catalan and international specialties and a diverse nightlife are within walking distance of the apartment and form an integral part of the charming Gracia district, whose small and winding streets are very characteristic. You may also easily hop on the green or blue subway line at Diagonal, which is just around the corner, to explore Barcelona!
