Bright apartment in central Barcelona, Eixample Area.

Nice and sunny studio apartment, close to Ronda Sant Pau, just 15 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya. It is a fifth floor with elevator and a large communal terrace. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped, it also has a sofa bed and all the comforts: TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, washing machine and iron. Located in the center within walking distance of major attractions in Barcelona and well connected by public transport.

TERMS AND SUPPLEMENTS:
- Groups under 28, security deposit: 300 €.
- Periods of stay longer than 20 days: cost of electricity, gas and water are not included. The security deposit depends on the length of stay.
Our working hours are between 09.00 and 21.00h.
Supplement for late arrivals:
Between 21:00 h - 24:00 h: 30 €
After 24:00 pm: 50 €
Supplement for early departures:
Before 07:00 h: 50 €
Between 07:00 h - 09:00 h: 30 €
Baby cot available under request: 30€/stay.

"Eixample" means Extension. This district exists since 1860, after the demolition of the medieval ramparts. Today it is a vast commercial and residential district. Petit mais super fonctionnel, propre et agréable. Terrasse à laquelle les autres habitants de l'immeuble ont accès, mais vu personne. Bien situé, 15 mn de la Rambla mais quartier sans âme. Seul reproche, les odeurs d'égouts lors de grosses pluies. Sinon, nous recommandons vraiment cet appart. Bon raport qualité/prix.

Everything was great: accommodation (except the bathroom tap, the water is either too hot or too cold or we did not know how to control it...) ,location (near Raval, Rambla).In the centre but quiet!!!!! 3 stars for the contact person, because he was late, but never mind, everything else was GREAT!!!!

Fantastisch appartement: hele goede lokatie, prachtig dakterras en verder prima inrichting. Er is maar één kleine 'maar' en dat is al in meerdere opmerkingen geplaatst: het bed. Het is een typisch spaans bed, nl. klein en niet zo erg comfortabel. Ik zou zeggen, doe hier iets aan en je hebt het beste appartement van de hele stad

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel(pour nous: rien à dire sur le lit!). Situé à 20 minutes à pied des Ramblas, et à 5 minutes de la station de métro Sant Antoni. Quartier calme et agréable, petite terrasse très sympa (pas vu de voisins). commerces proches. Seul bémol: les "volets" qui claquent avec le vent et pas de clim donc si séjour en été, il risque d'y faire très chaud!Accueil avec Marcel très sympa! On recommande!

Bon appartement si l'on est que deux à y loger. Mon amie et moi avons apprécié le quartier, très bien desservie par les transports ou même à pied, à proximité de tout. Malheureusement, la clime, signalée lors de la description n'a jamais fonctionné.. en période de chaleur cela a été très embêtant. Quant à la terrasse, trés convenable, et agréable, pour prendre un petit appéro au soleil, et un bon petit repas.

MERCI,on a passé de super vacances, la terrasse est super, la cuisine suffisamment bien équipée pour y passé la semaine et nous y avons très bien dormit. De plus l'emplacement est idéal, nous vous conseillons d'aller boire un bière ou autre dans la rue juste en face le bar s'appelle FRESCA PESCA super déco et accueil chaleureux... Bonnes vacances

Sehr nettes kleines Studio, ruhig gelegen, aber nicht weit vom Ausgehbezirk Raval entfernt. Ausgestattet mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Kochen ist möglich, wenn man Lust dazu hat. Die Terrasse ist ein guter Frühstücksplatz und super für Rotwein am Abend.

very nice small appartement with a great place up on the roof with a tremendous view over barcelona. the appartment is located in a lively quarter with shops and the st. antoni market-hall. we spent 8 nights there and we enjoed each of them - although the bed was very uncomfortable - but we got used to it.the service of the hirer was very good. the kitchen was ok, a big fridge - great - but it was not that easy to cook with just one pot. nevertheless we will be back one day - we had agreat time there!

Nous avons été enchantés par cet appartement sur terrasse (bien que non privative, nous n'avons croisé personne) et avons pu profiter pleinement de nos belles journées ensoleillées. Nous avons disposé de tout le confort et les boutiques, stations de bus et métro sont idéalement situées. Nous y reviendrons !

Die Wohnung war für zwei Personen sehr gut eingerichtet und ziemlich komfortabel. Alles Benötigte war vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist super und bietet den Ausgleich zum unbequemen Bett....aber wer will schon viel schlafen, wenn man in Barcelona ist?!? ; )

Appartement propre, agréable à vivre, très bien équipé et lumineux. pas très grand mais grande Terasse avec vue sur les toits de la ville et les montagnes très agréable. Par contre, il est noté terrasse privative, personne n'y vient mais ce n'est pas privatif d'après ce qu'on nous a dit à l'arrivée. Bon rapport qualité prix. Lit très moyen mais ca passe.

Flat was excellent for the money, except for the settee bed which was not comfortable. The agents representative was very helpful and courtious. Ideally suited for both the Metro and local market an ideal base for exploring an exciting and interesting city.
