The large and sunny roof terrace where you can have breakfast and dinner or just relax after a busy day out and about additionally adds to the value of this vacation rental.
For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome, the electricity and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay. Groups whose members are all under 28 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 300€ which will be returned upon departure.
