The building has an elevator and is located in one of the most exclusive and central areas of Barcelona.

This modern and elegant apartment has a perfect location. The closest Metro station is “Girona” on the Yellow Line, which is just around the corner and takes you to the beach within 5 minutes. This holiday rental in Barcelona is located only 2 streets from the architecturally famous Passeig de Gracia with all its designer stores and a large variety of quality restaurants from traditional to exotic trends. The Gaudí’s Casa Battló and La Pedrera are within short walking distance. Appartement parfait avec une situation idéale (perpendiculaire au passeig de gracia) 10mn plaza de catalunya et de la rambla arrêt de métro à 1 rue station girona. L'appartement est vaste et bien équipé pour recevoir 6 personnes. Pas besoin d'emmener les serviettes, les draps et le ménage est effectué à l'arrivée et au départ par des femmes de ménage très gentilles.

This apartment was close to everything. You could get a cab right outside of the building. Also, a bonus was the pool and courtyard. As we had a small child with us, it worked out well. Only negative was that the showers did not have much water pressure. That might be common though. Two grocery stores within a block of apartment.
