Nice, clean,simple and very sunny flat located in Gracia.This is a comfortable and fully equipped apartment.
It is well comunicated with bus, subway and train. Please note that there is no lift but the apartment is located on the 1st floor only.
This apartment has the following features:
Bedroom 1: One double bed and one single, with window and sun all day long. Free internet connection.
Bedroom 2: One double bed, without window.
Bedroom 3: One double bed and one single bed, in a separate area inside of the very big livingroom.
Bathroom: Fully equipped single bath/shower, towels
Living room: Very big and sunny living room looking to the square, very comfortable atmosphere with old furniture, pictures and plants. Free internet connection, TV, DVD and stereo-sound machine are offered. The big table inside the living room is perfect for eating or studying.
Balcony: This apartament has two balconies, one of them looking to a sunny square, the second is on the other side of the flat, ideal for making siesta taking all the sun you want.

We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 8:00 am and after 8:00 pm
