This cozy studio for 2 people includes a nice bedroom with a double bed. The living room includes a sofa-bed and a great relaxing atmosphere. An advantage of this beautiful apartment in Barcelona is the sunny terrace of 20m² to relax after a long day of sightseeing in the city.

The studio is situated just 100m away from the best beaches of Barcelona. After 15 minutes of walking you can reach a Metro station from where you can easily reach the rest of Barcelona. You can also find Restaurants, Bars and a Super Market close to the apartment.

Situated between Poble Nou and the Eixample Dret, is this old Industrial area of Barcelona. Thanks to the Olympic games of 1992 and above all the Forum 2004 this area has undergone a radical transformation. Perhaps the most important transformation is the opening of the Avenida Diagonal, the city’s most important motorway which crosses its length, all the way until the sea. The old factories have been torn down and transformed into modern housing complexes and modern office buildings. New commercial centers, pedestrian walkways and green areas have all been opened. The new nerve center of the “barrio” is las Gloria. This area beholds numerous green zones, parks and is very well communicated by metro (Line 1 y Line 2), by bus and by the trolly (Trambesos)

The apartment is in a lovey place 5 mins from the beach. The roof terrace is amazing, only down side is the stairs but well worth the walk!!! apartment is equppied with everything you need. Also the contact was happy thelp us when we left something behind. Highly recommend the apartment.

Nice appartment, very cosy. Much better than most hotelrooms. Very close to the sea. Only five minutes walking. The terrace has son in the morning, but also wind from the seaside. Within half an hour you can be at the centre of Barcelona and most important you can visit the Nou Camp to see FCBarcelona playing.

We stayed in this Taulat Poble Nou apartment with my husband from July 17 till July 24, 2010. Our stay was just perfect. Communication with contact person (Xavier) was fine, he provided convenient options for check-in and check-out, provided payment receipt in English on request, answered all questions about apartment and city. Xavier said, that in case of emergency he is available by phone, but there were no such emergencies during our stay. Apartment itself completely satisfied our needs. There were all required amenities. Including full kit of cooking ware. There was also tea, coffee, seasonings, cookies, honey etc. We enjoyed a lot morning coffees at the terrace - sea is visible from there and we liked that very much. Location is very comfortable. Five minutes till the sea, few blocks till the local market, very close to the Poble Nou boulevard. For sure, we would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!! I must admit, when I walked through the neighborhood for the first time at midnight, I was a little worried about the quality. But once I was in the room, and saw the view from the private terrace, I was thoroughly impressed. Affordable, great location minutes walk to the beach, and 20 minutes to city center via the Llacuna stop. You definitely get your euro's worth. One tip for future renters who aren't familiar with Barcelona, I estimated 1 1/2 hour to get from airport to rental, but arriving at 10:15 at night, it took us a little longer to figure out the trains and get to the apartment. I would estimate more like 2, or even 2 1/2 hours from estimated landing time.

Das Studio ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und für 2 Personen ideal. Xavier war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Achtung: Das Treppenhaus ist sehr eng und steil :-)

L'appartamento è piccolino ma tutto sommato grazioso. Arredato con cura. Direi ottimo per i 4 giorni passati a Barcellona a fine anno. Xavier è stato gentile e disponibile. Dispone di una bellissima terrazza che, secondo me, trova il suo utilizzo ideale con temperature più calde. Le uniche pecche, ad essere pignoli, sono il bagno (veramente piccolo), le scale strette (l'appartamento è al 4° piano senza ascensore) e il riscaldamento (c'era solo un piccolo termosifone elettrico che è insufficiente per riscaldare l'appartamento. Nel complesso però direi ottimale. La fermata del metro è a 10 minuti di cammino e la spiaggia è veramente a tiro di schioppo.

L'accueil lors de notre arrivée à Barcelone a été très chaleureux. L'aménagement et la décoration de l'appartement sont tels que nous avons la sensation que tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. L'emplacement est idéal pour s'imprégner de cette ville extraordinaire qu'est Barcelone. N'hésitez pas à faire le choix de cet appartement!

Wir sind in diesem Jahr, dass dritte Mal in diesem Appartment gewesen. Es ist ein kleines und liebevoll eingerichetes Appartment mit einer schönen Dachterasse. Der Stadtteil Poblenou ist noch wenig touristisch erschlossen. Dies bedeutet, dass man entweder mit "Händen und Füssen" ;-) oder eben in spanisch kommunizieren muss. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es alles was man benötigt: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und den Strand. In diesem Stadtteil bekommt der Besucher der Stadt auch etwas vom Lebensgefühl der Stadt mit.

Le propriétaire est quelqu'un extrêmement accueillant et disponible. L'appartement est plus qu'agréable, la terrasse est idéale. Dommage que l'on ait été un peu envahi par le bruit des travaux autour, mais ça vous n'y pouviez pas grand chose.

Sehr nette und einfache Betreuung! Wohnung liegt im 4ten Stock (67 Stufen), wenn man einmal in der Wohnung ist, gibts nichts besseres! Küche war bei unserem Besuch mit Grundausstattung (Essig/Öl, Nudeln, Zucker/Salz/Pfeffer, sogar Barcadi+2 Dosen Cola) ausgestattet, sehr positiv. Strand ist 3-5 min entfernt, super Strand, der werktags angenehm ruhig ist. Bei einem weiterem Barcelona-besuch würden wir die Wohnung auf jede Fall wieder nehmen.

Appartement très confortable, bien équipé et très charmant se trouvant à moins de trois minutes de la plage et proche du centre ville. superbe appartement!A 5minutes à pied de la plage et de la station de métro. Situtation tranquille, mais avec la possibilité de faire des activités sur place. Charming little apartment. Loved the terrace. Short walk to beach and restaurants and shops around the corner. We walked along the beach to the center everyday. Took about one hour..beautiful. Contact person friendly and helpful. Lots of stairs to get to apartment but worth it. Great value.

Vraiment un superbe petit appartement avec toutes les commodités nécessaires dans un quartier vraiment tranquille et magnifique à moins de 500m de la mer. La personne contacte était très sympathique et disponible. Il y a tout dans le quartier pour répondre à nos besoins : boutiques, fruiterie, pâtisserie, boulangerie, etc. Et en plus les nombreuses marches pour se rendre au 4e étage permettent de limiter le surplus poids engendré par les dites pâtisseries :D

Brilliant little apartment, roof terrace fab & great exercise mounting the 69 steps to front door! Everything you could need (shops/cafes/restaurants) literally 10 paces from apartment block & beach 5 minute walk. Would definately re-visit.

Die Wohung liegt perfekt in der Nähe des Strandes (5 min), direkt neben der Rambla (10 sec) und lediglich ca. 8 min von der U-Bahn entfernt. Nett eingerichtet, vollkommen ausreichende Platzverhältnisse - man ist ja schließlich nicht in Barcelona, um in der Wohnung zu bleiben. Für die Vermieter gibt es nicht nur fünf, sondern sieben Sterne: Ganz freundlich, unkompliziert, immer erreichbar. (Danke nochmal!) Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!!!
