This holiday rental is in 3rd floor without elevator. It features 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another one with bunk beds. You will find also 1 sofa bed in the living-room. The kitchen and dining room are integrated in the same area. There is a communitarian small balcony and terrace on the top floor, with particular laundry (washing machine). The fully equipped kitchen includes: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender and cooking utensils.

This Costa Dorada apartment is in a tourist pedestrian street plenty of shops, a supermarket, etc. On this street occur the main activities such as the Carnival parade and Eastern processions. Well located: very near the beach and next to the station (10 min. on foot)

CONDITIONS:
An advance payment of the 30% of the amount to be paid upon arrival will be required as a guarantee of the reservation by the owner.
The deposit will be refunded on departure if the apartment is left in good conditions and clean.
