Family holiday apartment in Estartit, Costa Brava

This beautiful apartment is located just 500m from the beach and the center of Estartit.
With capacity up 5 people, it features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. A living-room with sofa bed (1 place), telephone, television, complete bathroom with washing machine, 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds in each one, and terrace.
The complex has an outdoor swimming pool, solarium, playing room, gym, sauna, garage (available for 6 €/day), elevator, supermarket and pizzeria.

The price includes water, electricity, bed linen, towels, extra cleaning per week (except kitchen) and change of linen, pool and gym. There are also air conditioning available (not included in the price: 0,19 euros/kw), music and safe.
Pets allowed under supplement of 5 €/day.

CONDITIONS:
From June 19th to September 4th: reservations only from Saturday to Saturday.
Rest of the seasons minimum stay of 4 days.
The owner requires prepayment of 40% of the balance as a guarantee of the reservation.

Cancelation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival without charge.
If you cancel 30 to 7 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival or no-show 100% of the stay will be charged.

Additional information:
Arrivals are due from 17:00 to 20:00h and departures at 10.00h
Customers who cannot arrive within this time will receive instructions for the collection of keys.
