Cozy holiday apartment in Blanes, Costa Brava.

The apartment has a capacity up to 5 people, with a living room with sofa-bed, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchenette and terrace or balcony. The resort also has lifts and swimming pool. The surrounding area offers all amenities including shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is located in the tourist area of the Pines, only 50m from the beach and 1.5 km from the center of Blanes, in Costa Brava.

CONDITIONS:
Sheets can be rented for 5 €/week/person.
Deposit: 100€/pax or 50€/young. This deposit must be paid in cash at reception and will be refunded upon departure after the apartment review.
No pets allowed.

CHECK IN:
Check in at the apartments’ receptions, from 17.00 to 20.00h.
If the arrival is scheduled outside these hours, please contact reception since the late arrival is upon request: supplement of 50€

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival: no charge.
Cancellations up 14 to 7 days before entry, the property will charge 50% of the total stay to the credit card provided.
If you cancel your stay 7 to 0 days before entry, or no-showing, the property charged 100% stay to the credit card provided.
