The apartment has been recently renovated (2010) and can accommodate up to 4 people. With 50 m², It features a living room with sofa bed, TV, DVD, a bedroom with an excellent quality double bed, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, and a gallery washer, dryer and iron.

This apartment is located in the prestigious residential area of Sant Gervasi, well known for its tranquility and also for its excellent location. It is located a few minutes walk from Park Güell, near the district of Gracia and just 4 subway stops from downtown.

Well connected to all areas of Barcelona by metro (L3 Lesseps and Putxet L7) and buses. You will find nearby all necessary services such as supermarkets, tobacco shops or pharmacies.


CONDITIONS: If the arrival / departure takes place on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday a supplement of 30€ will be charged.

Supplements early/late arrivals (subject to agreement with the owner): 9:00 to 15:00 = + 20 € 20:00 to 22:00 = + 30 € 22:00 to 1:00 = + 40 € 1:00 to 9:00 = + 50 €

Supplements for late check out (subject to agreement with the owner): 11:00 to 16:00 = + 30 € 16:00 to 20:00 = + 50 €

In the case of delay of more than 30 minutes without advising the owner will have an extra charge of 30 Euros per hour delayed.

The district of Sant Gervasi de Cassoles is located on the skirts of Tibidabo, between the mountains of Collserola and the districts of Gracia , Horta and Sarriá.   Home of the Famous Universal Exposition in 1888 and until 50 years ago it was a humble village town filled with summer homes and artisans. It is characterized by its elevated number of schools, single buildings and many green areas. This is one of the more prestigious and safest areas of Barcelona. Very nice flat, perfect for 2 couples! Nice kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. We enjoyed our stay very much!
