With a beautiful view this apartment just invites you to visit Barcelona. Located close to the historical centre of Barcelona and the beach this smart studio is on the second floor of a 4-storey building, painted in warm Mediterranean colors. It is also one of our holidaymaker’s favorites.
This beach apartment sleeps up to five persons in two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a bunk bed. There is also a single sofa bed for the fifth person. The rental has a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower and a nice living and dining area with TV. You will find clean, new bed linen and fresh towels on arrival and all the necessary kitchen utensils you might need. The apartment further has air conditioning and central heating.
This holiday rental is located in the La Barceloneta district, which used to be the old fishermen’s district of the town. Today it is known for its seafood restaurants and idyllic atmosphere. From the apartment you can walk to the Borne district to enjoy the busy nightlife, the Barrio Gotico to visit the historical sights and to the Parc Cuitadella, the green oasis of the city. The beach is only a few hundred meters from the apartment. To blocks from the apartment you will find yourself at the subway station Barceloneta of the yellow line, which takes you directly to the famous Passeig de Gracia and Gaudi’s masterpieces the Casa Battló and La Pedrera in less than ten minutes. This rental is a perfect choice for holiday makers looking to enjoy each aspect the city has to offer!
