This Barcelona apartment features 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a room equipped with 2 bunk beds, in the dining room there is also a comfortable sofa bed. Bathroom and kitchen are very functional. It is a completely renovated apartment decorated with attention to details. Equipped with air conditioning, heating, WIFI, flat screen TV, DVD, washing machine and everything needed for cooking.

With 60m² it can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a nice balcony overlooking a typical quiet street of this area, where you can see other balconies with flowers and hanging clothes. Located in an old building that has been partially restored, the apartment is on a second floor without elevator. The stairs are wide and the entry has just been remodeled, it is a quiet community and typical of this area of Barcelona, which is characterized by being a melting pot.

Cet appartement présente très bien en photo : il est très petit la chambre double lit est dans la seule pièce qui dispose d'une porte fenêtre sans double vitrage et qui ne ferme pas. Le salon est dans le couloir sans fenêtre, la chambre avec deux lits superposées est un cagibi. Les fenêtres qui apparaissent sur les photos sont fausses car elles donnent du salon dans la chambre et vis versa. Dans la cuisine on ne peut pas bouger et il n'y avait que quatre assiettes pour cinq personnes. Il a fallu faire la vaisselle avant de vouloir manger car la propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous !La disposition ne correspond plus aux photos car la propriétaire a fait déménager pendant que nous y étions pour être plus conforme avec la description. L'appartement n'est qu'un long couloir. Il n'y aucune insonorisation de cet appartement et l'immeuble est plus que sale : cafards écrasés, mégots, mouchoirs, et autres détritus dans le hall et les escaliers.
