This 50m² apartment is situated in the 6th floor of a building with elevator. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a fully equipped bathroom with toilette, shower, washing machine and towels. There is also a nice dining area including a table with 4 chairs and a TV. a The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, juicer, toaster and coffeemaker. Everything for a comfortable accommodation in Barcelona!

The apartment is located 100 meters away from Plaza Espanya, the Fira de Barcelona (Convention and Trade Fair Centre) and the Montjuic Magic Fountains. Its privileged location allows easy access to main areas in Barcelona such as Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya, just taking a nice walk of 15-20 minutes.
Montjuic is also a leading tourist spot to enjoy exceptional views over the city and its surroundings, besides the spectacle of the Magic Fountains. The apartment is very well connected by the Metro station “Espanya” (line 1 and 3) and plenty of buses at Plaza Espanya, from where you can easily reach the whole city.

CONDITIONS & SUPPLEMENTS:
The imprint of the credit card will be taken as a deposit or 200€.
Arrivals after 20:00 h have an extra charge of 25€.
Arrivals after 23:00 h have an extra 40€ charge.
The departures between 00:00 and 08:00 are charged 35€.
For stays of more than 7 days: an extra of 40€ week will be charged for electricity, water, expenses, etc. If there is an excessive extra consumption will be also charged.

We offer a pickup service service at the airport and a taxi will take you from the airport to the apartment. The price of this optional service is 30 euros each way.
