Large Apartment for families and groups in the heart of Barcelona, near Las Ramblas.

This is a large six-bedroom apartment with capacity up to 16 people. It is spacious enough for a big family or group of friends. The property of 170 m² is located on a second floor, accessible through the stairs. It features colorful decoration details and lots of natural light.

The apartment has 6 bedrooms, 3 with single beds, 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds. Four of the bedrooms have balconies, some of them with view over the popular Ferrán Street. The living/dining room has a comfortable sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, TV, DVD and CD player and a stereo. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the second one with shower.

Moreover, it enjoys one of the hottest locations in the city: you will be in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, very close to Las Ramblas (only one minute walking distance), the Gothic Cathedral, Jaume I Square, Plaza Real, great nightlife areas and restaurants. You couldn’t ask for a better location!

Aangezien het een drukke, centrale buurt is zou ik aanraden om de enkele beglazing te vervangen door dubbele. Dit maakt het slapen toch wat aangenamer.

Appartement très grand idéal pour une famille nombreuse ou un groupe d'amis. Il est bien situé et confortable, bien qu'une des deux salles de bain ne soit pas commode à utiliser car minuscule et la porte fermant mal. Les personnes qui nous ont accueilli étaient très gentilles bien qu'il y ait eu un malentendu au niveau du prix de la location,on a demandé de payer plus car nous étions 6 personnes au lieu de 5. Or nous pensions que le prix n'était pas fixé par rapport au nombre de personnes à la base mais par rapport à la durée du séjour. Nous avons du payer un supplément quand même car la propriétaire n'a rien voulu savoir. Le séjour s'est tout de même bien passé.

Appartamento spazioso e pulito. Unica cosa da sistemare potrebbero essere i serramenti e la porta d'entrata.
