We had problems with the electricity and some of the beds were in poor condition.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, and very comfortable. It was close to everything Shops, Metro, Food, etc. They only issues we had were as follows, the hot water heater was not sufficient for six guest to shower, so it took several hours for everyone to get ready, and there was an electric problem, the breaker would trip for no reason at all. other than that it was a very nice place to stay for the week.
