The apartment has been fully rebuilt in 2011, with 120m² can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. It is a duplex with 3 bedrooms, laid out on the ground floor and 1st floor of the building. Decorated with care, one bedroom has a double plus a single bed and it is located on the ground floor, where you can also find a toilet (without shower). The other 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor (one double plus individual bed and a single one), together with a second bathroom with shower.

The apartment has a modern kitchen with all the items and it’s equipped with TV, microwave, DVD and everything you may need for a pleasant stay in Barcelona center. The roof, with its original wooden beams, has been recovered to its former glory.

It is strategically located just steps from Las Ramblas, the Port and Barceloneta beaches. It is 2 min walk to the nearest bus station and a selection of restaurants and bars. Moreover, it is 5 min walk to Drassanes Metro station (L3), the Harbour and Plaça de Catalunya. Pedro Almodovar shooting “All about my mother” took place just meters away from the apartment, in Duc de Medinaceli Square.
