Luminous Barcelona apartment in the city center, near Plaza Cataluña

This centrally and very spacious apartment is perfect for holiday makers wishing to explore the city and grasp the unique flair of the Catalonian sunshine capital. With 2 bedrooms it can easily accommodate up to 6 people, as it has a double bed and two single beds in the second bedroom. They are separated through red curtains from the living room, as well as a double sofa bed in the lounge, distributed over 110m². The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and there is a second separate bathroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the large living room has satellite TV, Stereo and Internet. This contemporary holiday rental also has central heating and air conditioning, a washing machine and fresh towels and sheets provided in order to make your stay a comfortable one.

You can enjoy from this Barcelona accommodation all the major sights within walking distance as it is located in the Gothic Quarters itself. Well connected by metro, trains, buses.

SUPPLEMENTS:
For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome: the electricity, gas and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay.
Groups whose members are all under 28 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 500€ which will be returned upon departure

This was a great apartment for three girls for a weekend in the city. The apartment may not be the most luxurious but it has a large living area, a bathroom and - leading off the small terrace a loo and separate shower room. Plenty of options. It is wonderfully located. There are two metro stations within a short walk so you can get to all parts of the city easily and many bars and restaurants just a stroll away. There is a large department store across the road which has a reasonable sized supermarket within it. It cost about 30 euros by taxi from the airport to get to. The Ramblas was a short walk away and it was only about three or four stops to the marina and beach. The apartment was clean and the staff were prompt and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and are already planning to go back next year.
