Die Ferienwohnung war in sehr gutem Zustand (sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche, ordentliche Betten) und die Kontaktperson sehr hilfsbereit, flexibel und freundlich. Wie schon in einem anderen Kommentar geschrieben, kann man nicht von einer Dachterasse reden: es ist ein kleiner Innenhof im EG. Die Gegend, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist vielleicht etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, eine typische Straße im Raval (einfach mal im Reiseführer über das Raval nachlesen). Die Lage ist allerdings optimal. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen (haben alle eine Zeit lang in Barcelona gelebt) und würden die Ferienwohnung jedem (bis vielleicht auf Familien mit kleinen Kindern) weiterempfehlen!

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier ancien, donc pas très lumineux mais suffisant (on passe de toute manière la journée dehors). Proche de tout et facile d'accès, parking sur Para-lel à proximité, confort correct, très propre, et propriétaire très aimable. Séjour très agréable.

We were a group of 5 girls and 1 guy and felt that perhaps that area would not be suitable for a group of young girls on their own. The air conditioning is only in the living room so the bedrooms did get quite hot! Its quite a noisy apartment so not really suitable for families. Its well located to the metro however and close to Las Ramblas, the apartment itself was very well equiped (even if a bit dark!) and the contact people were really helpful and friendly.

Super nettes Apartment,recht groß, jedoch nicht gerade in der besten Gegend. Eine Dachterrasse war zwar im Angebot erwähnt, jedoch handelt es sich um eine ummauerte Terrasse im Erdgeschoss, die Platz für einen Tisch und 2 Stühle hat. Vorteil: die Nähe zur Ramblas & zur Metro.
