Great apartment in the central district of Eixample, Barcelona.

This wonderful apartment in Barcelona is located in the Eixample district just 5 minutes walk from Plaza Universidad and a maximum of 15 minutes from Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya. This neighborhood hosts the greatest works of Antonio Gaudi like La Pedrera, Casa Batllo and the famous Sagrada Familia. On Paseo de Gracia you will find the shops and upscale restaurants to fully enjoy shopping and local cuisine during your stay.
It's a great Barcelona apartment of 140m ² with the views of the garden, bright and quiet, recently renovated to provide a modern style. It has three double rooms, all exterior and linked by a glass gallery. It has two large bathrooms with showers. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, toaster and coffee maker. The dining room has a comfortable sofa, television and internet.
It has central heating, air conditioning, washing machine, bed linen and towels. There is an elegant office that can be very useful for business travelers and those having to work during the stay.

"Eixample" means Extension. This district exists since 1860, after the demolition of the medieval ramparts. Today it is a vast commercial and residential district.
