The apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. It has a charming living room with access to a balcony. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, an individual bedroom with a single bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room for two people more. With 2 bathrooms it is ideal for families and groups of friends. One bathroom has a full bath and one bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher and everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. The apartment also has central heating and air-conditioning which makes it a comfortable choice all year. There is a parking place available, please consult us for prices.

This centrally located apartment is situated 10 minutes away by foot from Plaza Espanya and just 20 minutes by foot from the famous “Las Ramblas”.
