We offer a charm and beautiful centric apartment (penthouse) but in a quiet area. The home is a lovely and luxury penthouse, very sunny, with a nice community swimming-pool and solarium on the residence terrace which we have direct access because we are on the penthouse.

The house contains everything you'll need for a very comfortable stay (oven, iron, central heating, air-conditioning, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, complete kitchen and bathroom fully furnished, bicycles, broadband internet access, living room with high screen-HD TV with home cinema & DVD, stereo, cable and satellite movie channels (+200)...) Easy access to all major attractions to Barcelona's many famous sights, and after exploring you can retreat from the noisy crowds to your quiet city home. Car parking included on the residence.

The penthouse is situated at less than 5 minutes of the longest shopping and commercial street (carrer de sants) in Europe (4 km long) and more than 500 shops. Easy access to airport (20 min drive) and Barcelona (Sants) main train station (10 min by foot) and 3 lines metro station (5 min on foot).
