Spacious and stylish Barcelona designer studio, located in a redesigned factory building in Sants district

Its large windows let plenty of light into the studio. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The chic, subtly-utilitarian designer fittings and some warm accents together with the hardwood floors preserved the previously industrial setting, yet making it a very welcoming temporary Barcelona home. There are two single beds which can be put together and a double sofa bed. Screens can be pulled down to add privacy.
There is a complete designer glass bathroom with blinds and a fully equipped kitchen. Further amenities to ensure a comfortable stay in Barcelona include TV, DVD, stereo, Internet, heaters and air conditioning as well as a washing machine. As an advantage for apartments in Barcelona, this rental also has a parking space for the guests arriving by car, and a big terrace with a table and chairs for you to relax outside or take breakfast under the sun in the mornings.

Located in the diverse Sants district, you can take the Green subway Line at Plaza del Centre which is a minute away from the apartment. Also the Green and Blue Lines at Sants Station, which is the main train station with a direct connection to the airport and the coastal towns, ideal for one day excursions. The subway ride to get to the very center in town takes less than 10 minutes.
This Barcelona apartment is also located close to Plaza Espanya, the Barcelona conference and convention center as well as to the Montjuic Magic fountain and the Museum of Catalan Art. CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in will be in Calle Marina 366, 08025 Barcelona. The reception is open from 10am until 21h30.
- The remaining balance of the reservation MUST be paid at the time of check-in.
- The Balance of the reservation can be paid using Cash, or a Debit or Credit Card. Please note however that the company does not accept American Express nor Diners Card.
- 200€ deposit is required for the duration of the stay, it is payable in cash or by Credit Card Authorization.
- Check-in possible from 3pm (15h)
- Check-in from 3pm (15h) – 9.30pm (21h30): free of charge.
- Check-in after 9.30pm (21h30): will have 20 € extra charge (outside of office hours).
CHECK-OUT:
- Check-out possible until 11am.
- Check-out from 10 am – 11am: free of charge.
- Check-out before 10 am: 20€ (outside of office hours) .
- In the case that the deposit is paid in Cash, you MUST come to our office to check out, at this point we will refund the deposit paid in cash.
- If you have paid the deposit via credit card authorization you do not need to come to our office to check-out.
- The owner reserves the right to charge the card given up to 48 hours after the time of check out from the apartment if any damages are found.
