Our accommodations were good in every way except for the fact that the location is so noisy that we did not get much sleep. We even bought ear plugs, but that wasn't much help. There was construction across the street, a section of the street being torn up, and singing and other noise from La Ramble and below our apartment at 3:30 in the morning. We loved the apartment itself and its proximity to transportation, shops, sights, etc.
