The ample 200 square meters of this holiday rental are architecturally distributed with enough space for up to ten people. This holiday rental has four bedrooms, with two double beds, two double sofa beds and four single beds. The two master bedrooms have each its own bathroom, the two other bedrooms share one bathroom. The dining room of the apartment is a highlight itself, with a large dining table and a fire place and also the kitchen is fully equipped. Further amenities include satelite TV, Internet, heating and airconditioning as well as a landphone line. Also, this Designer apartment has a balcony to relax and have breakfast outside.



The apartment is close to the metro stations Verdaguer and Diagonal (green and blue and yellow line) connecting the apartment to the Fira and conference grounds as well as to the Parc Güell making it very well connected with the entire city center.



Around the corner of the apartment you are in the middle of the high-end fashion street Passeig de Gracía, a major tourist attraction due to the abundance of modernist architecture of its buildings and Gaudi’s Casa Battló. The center itself is withing walking distance, strolling down the Passeig de Gracía all the way to Las Ramblas.
