This nicely decorated and modern-style rental has 85 square meters and two bedrooms, each of which has a double bed. The living room has two single sofa beds. In total, up two six people can easily be accommodated. This holiday apartment has two bathrooms and an open, fully equipped kitchen. Further amenities that ensure a comfortable stay away from home are TV, video, Internet, heaters and air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A bonus of this apartment is the typical Barcelona balcony that overlooks the busy and famous Ramblas.
For stays longer than 20 days, which most certainly are welcome, the electricity and water expenses are not included in the price and the security deposit is subject to change depending on the length of the stay. Groups whose members are all under 25 years of age will have to leave a security deposit of 500€ which will be returned upon departure.
