This penthouse apartment has plenty of natural light and exquisite decorations. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed and an amazing view over the Tibidabo Mountain, as well as a roomy closet. The other one includes 2 single beds and an exit to the terrace. This apartment can easily provide space for up to 4 people. You will definitely enjoy the lounge area with all its amenities, including a large plasma TV, stereo, internet and the large panoramic windows allowing a lot of natural light.
The stylish kitchen invites hobby cooks to prepare their own meals, since the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a tastefully decorated bathroom. The absolute highlight of this apartment in Barcelona is the spacious and 70m² big roof terrace, accessible through the lounge area. It is perfect for relaxing in the sun after the day, where you can lay down in one of the lounging chairs taking an outdoor shower.

The apartment is located in the calm and residential Eixample district. It is within a short walk to Plaza Catalunya and the famous Las Ramblas, that also lead towards the historic Barrio Gótico (Gothic Quarters). For those who like shopping, the popular Passeig de Gracia is right around the corner. Gaudi’s masterpieces like the Casa Battló and Sagrada Familia are also within walking distance.
Due to the proximity to Placa Catalunya you can easily reach the Metro station “Catalunya” from where you can reach all the parts of the city like Parc Güell or the commercial district, the Fira Barcelona Conference grounds and the Montjuic with its Magic Fountains. WE LOVED THE APPARTMENT and our stay in Barcelona. the location is very good and there is a bakery next door and some good restaurants arround the corner. The double bed is very small. the furniture was new and modern and the terrace was great. next time we come back here. we rented a motorbike wich is a great way to visit Barcelona.

The apartment is quite nice.. Also, this apartment is close to many of the nicest restaurants (although you should avoid Moo, but definitely go to Cinq Sentits). Also, while there is an elevator in the building, you will still need to walk up one flight of stairs to get to it and another flight to get to the apartment (elevator goes to 5th floor while apt is on 6th). This was only a problem while we were hauling our (heavy) suitcases upstairs, but if stairs are a problem for someone, they should be aware of this. The terrace is lovely if you have fine weather to enjoy.

Superfijn appartement; vooral uitgekozen voor het dakterras, dat zeer groot en zonnig is. Verder ook alles prima: alles is compleet en geen tegenvallers gezien!

Appartement conforme à la description. Très joliment décoré, très propre, très calme et bien situé. On n'entend presque pas les bruits de la rue et peu de nuisances malgré l'immeuble d'à côté en travaux. Parking payant à proximité (prix à négocier à l'arrivée).A recommander.

Mitte Mai 2009 befand sich direkt neben dem Dachgeschoss eine größere Baustelle (Neubau in einer Gebäudelücke). Das Frühstück wird dann ebenfalls von Baulärm begleitet. Am Wochenende herrschte hingegen himmlische Stille und die Ferienwohnung erfüllte alle Erwartungen. Ich vermute, dass die Bauarbeiten bis Mitte des Jahres andauern.

The apartment was clean, well designed and stylish. It was in a great location near bars, restaurants, the metro and other tourist destinations. Our one issue was the lack of hot water in the shower which was bothersome for 3 adults. There was hot water however it only lasted a few minutes. Overall, we loved the apartment and would definitely stay there again.

This was the first time I had rented an apartment rather than stay at a hotel. The location of our apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just outside the hustle and bustle of the center of Las Ramblas yet close enough to walk to. The apartment was very clean and modern. The photos are true to form, which are beautiful. It was perfect for 3 people, no more. I felt very much at home and most importantly, we had a great contact person who was very willing to help us at any time during our stay.
