The apartment has 3 double or twin rooms, they can be double or twin up on request.
Each room has bathroom inside the room. Plus there is a big living room and a kitchen with all the cooking facilities. There is satellite TV, air conditioning in each room, and heating.
There is a big terrace ideal for chill out.

Just few steps from the apartment you are within the heart of the city and can discover the old town of Barcelona. You just need to have a walk to the famous Las Ramblas, the Picasso Museum and the shopping mekka Passeig de Gracia.

Metro Station (Jaume I) - 300 meters
We are only at 10 minutes walking distances from Plaza Catalunya.

Metro: Get off at Jaume station and walk 2 minutes until the town hall, there walk down Calle Ferran and you will find calle Aviño. Welcome!

By bus: It is better to take the metro than the bus to get to the apartments.

Taxi: From Plaza Catalunya to Aviño, the street is closed for traffic in certain hours, get off of the taxi in Las Ramblas and walk from there just 3 minutes.
