This charming apartment is located in an old historical building and has wooden floors throughout, as well as stunning original features such as characteristic original stone walls. It features five balconies and has big windows that fill it with Mediterranean light. The apartment has been newly remodeled and refurnished. On 120 square meters it can accommodate up to eight people.
Furthermore, it is furnished with three double bedrooms, containing one double bed each, and two double sofa beds in the living room. There are two large modern bathrooms, with shower and bathtub.

DESCRIPTION: The lounge area has 2 double bed sofas, a glass-top coffee table, TV and access to a beautiful balcony with great views on the streets of the Gothic quarter in Barcelona. This area is great to come together to have dinner as there is a big table for eight persons.
The master bedroom has 1 double bed, side-tables and lamps, a wardrobe, a private bathroom and an access onto its own private balcony. The other two bedrooms have 1 double bed each, side-tables and lamps and balconies as well.
The two sofas in the living room can be changed into 2 double sofa beds.
There are 2 bathrooms. The first one is completely equipped with shower and bathtub whereas the other offers WC, bidet and washbasin.
Apart from providing a complete set of kitchen utensils, the kitchen offers the following amenities: Refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and blender.
At the apartment air conditioning and heating are provided. For longer stays, the availability of a washing machine and ironing equipment is most useful.
Entertainment facilities available at the apartment inclue: TV, CD, DVD and Internet Wifi. Furthermore, there is intercom and a telephone land line.
Bed linen and towels will be provided and a baby cot will be available upon request.
