The apartment includes a double bedroom (with a double bed and cupboard), a bathroom with shower, a pretty and luminous dining room (22 m²) with a double sofa-bed and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The household equipment in the kitchen includes knives, forks, glasses, toaster, frying pan and casserole, etc. Bed linens and towels are included. The apartment will be cleaned on the day of arrival, and there is not daily service of cleaning.

This Barcelona accommodation is situated between Gracia and Sant Gervasi Districts, only 2 and 3 Metro stops away from Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Cataluña (city centre).
The apartment also offers the customer a concierge service in order to make the stay more gratifying.
Note: the elevator does not stop on the first floor only on the second one and successives. Please bear it in mind in case of having physical handicap because steps must be raised.

Check in after 20:00, weekends or holidays will have an extra charge of 30 euros.

In case of cancellation less than 10 days before arrival or no show the apartment will be charged full stay.
