Beautiful Barcelona Pent-House Apartment in El Borne

This 45 m2 designer apartment has a terrace of 15 m2 and capacity for 2 -3 people. It is situated in the sixth floor of a building with elevator. This warm attic is glazed with a view to the city from the terrace. You can find 1 double bedroom with incorporated bathroom, a dining room, a sofa-bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with vitro-ceramic.
Due to its ceiling of glass, the room will allow you to enjoy the maximum hours of natural light during the day, and also to see the stars during the night. The terrace is comfortable, private and offers an open space to the exterior. A third guest can sleep on the sofa-bed in the living room. Bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped.
La Casa de Les Lletres Building has been restored combining design and literary tradition. A collection of books complement the literary spirit. Each apartment is dedicated to an author with a special relationship to the city, being a very original Barcelona accommodation.

Its location, in front of Port Vell, between the Gothic neighborhood and the Born, and 5 minutes from the beach of the Barceloneta, is just ideal to enjoy your holidays in Barcelona. It is a beautiful apartment in a really convienient location. The terrace and views are wonderful. Having an elevator was a big plus. Anna was really helpful and made check-in easy.

rapport qualite prix /emplacement imbatable , pas certain qu il y ait 45m² et terrace forcement bruyante , mais un superbe petit appartement idealement placé a 10min a pied de tout !seul hic : se garer a barcelone c est l enfer !

We very much enjoyed our stay. The courteous and helpful manner of the management staff was appreciated and the nice, clean apartment was wonderful.
