The apartment's kitchen has all the accessories: dishes, flatware, pots and pans, coffee maker, juicer, refrigerator, glass-top stove, oven, microwave, toaster, etc, as well as washing machine and dryer.
To make your stay pleasant, the accommodation has air conditioning, heating, plasma TV, Internet connection (ADSL), safe, music equipment, parquet flooring, hair dryer, iron, towels, sheets, blankets, continental quilts and duvet covers.

If your arrival or departure occurs outside office hours, an additional amount must be paid in cash:
Arrivals/ departures between 20h and 24h: 20€
Between 24h and 7h: 50€
Between 7h and 8h: 20€
The apartments must be vacated by 12 in the noon; otherwise, a supplement of 30€ will be charged.

Credit card details will be taken at check-in. The property reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or missing objects (including keys) which occurs during the stay.
